The Career Forum for Future Energy Professionals Will be Held on 18 April 2024 in Sofia, Bulgaria
/SOFIA, April 10, 2024, 10:00 GMT, RENEWABLE MARKET WATCHTM/ The second edition of Recharge Your Career will bring together leading experts, successful businesses and young talent from the renewable energy industry in Bulgaria.
The second edition of the career event will be held at the Astoria Grand Hotel, Sofia, on 18 April at 10:00. Entrance is free, and participants can find out about the interesting program and register at berenewable.org.
The programme will cover important topics such as the energy transition, education's role, and the transition to a carbon-neutral economy. Guests will have the opportunity to hear inspiring success stories from young renewable energy professionals and receive practical guidance on how to succeed in this sector.
The Career Forum is organised by Solar Academy Bulgaria and M3 Communications Group, Inc. and supported by leading companies in the renewable energy industry. Key partners include Enery, an Austrian company that acquires, develops, builds and operates renewable energy plants in Central and Eastern Europe, and SUNOTEC, a German company that offers comprehensive construction services for PV plants worldwide. Partners of the event are Sonnis Energy Bulgaria, offering comprehensive services for photovoltaic systems with experience from the German market, and Smart Solar, a leader in the design and construction of photovoltaic power plants in Southeast Europe.
"Recharge Your Career" aims to create key partnerships between business, education and the renewable energy industry in Bulgaria to help achieve the EU's 2030 energy and climate goals by creating promising jobs and career opportunities. The Forum provides a platform to develop and promote skilled personnel through discussions, training and inspiring success stories.
At this year's event, the winners of the competition for the preparation of a model of a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP), organized by the company Enery and the Association "Solar Academy Bulgaria", will be announced. Among the participants are four teams from St. Georgi Pobedonosets" - Suvorovo, National Vocational Technical High School "Shandor Petofi" - Razgrad, Vocational High School of Mechanical Electrical Engineering and Electronics - Burgas, and Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics "Konstantin Fotinov" - Burgas. The winners will be rewarded with a paid internship at Enery and Apple iPads.
