/WIESBADEN/MUNICH, GERMANY, March 11, 2025, 10:00 CET, RENEWABLE MARKET WATCHTM/ Commerz Real has acquired a solar project with building permit from the established German developer BayWa r.e. for its Klimavest fund. This project is located near Troyes in the Aube Department of Eastern France. It will cover an area of 42 hectares and have a power capacity of 47 MWp. Construction of the plant is already underway, with plans for completion and commissioning set for September 2025.

The 9.8 megawatt (MWac) Morcone and 9,3 MWac Acquafredda advanced Agri-PV plants, located in the province of Benevento in the Campania region, were awarded. /PARIS, FRANCE, November 28, 2024, 11:00 CET, TSE/ After raising 130 million euros in equity from Eurazeo, Crédit Agricole and Bpifrance in 2023, TSE, a developer and producer of solar energy in France, is strengthening its financing structure by raising a bond debt for an amount of 65 million euros today from the Eiffel Investment Group fund. Thanks to this operation, the group is continuing its development to reach more than 1 gigawatt of assets under construction and in operation by 2027, in line with its strategic roadmap.

/LONDON, November 21, 2024, 11:30 GMT, EIB, RENEWABLE MARKET WATCHTM/ The European Investment Bank (EIB) is providing €80 million to the Puespoek (PÜSPÖK) Group to build six agrivoltaic farms in Burgenland, Austria. This innovative project is being financed together with Erste Bank of the Austrian group of savings banks (Sparkassen). Erste Bank is providing a loan of €43 million, of which €28 million will be refinanced by the EIB.
