/LONDON, September 3, 2025, 10:00 BST, RENEWABLE MARKET WATCH™/ The company officially launched its latest product on September 3, 2025. This launch comes in direct response to the valuable feedback gathered from a range of designers and architects. They have expressed a desire for more creative options to enhance the exterior design of buildings, allowing for greater freedom in their architectural expressions.
To meet this demand, the company will introduce a new silver colour, featuring a unique and eye-catching texture that distinguishes it from other options. This addition will complement the already available black colour, providing a wider variety of choices for professionals in the design field. The silver colour of this product is currently undergoing a design application process aimed at creating a unique aesthetic that harmonises with architectural styles. Until now, ‘Roof-1’ has been offered exclusively in black, which is known for its elegant flat details and impressive power generation capabilities. However, there has been a growing demand for a colour option that can complement a broader range of design aesthetics.

The newly designed panel has dimensions of 1,915 mm in length, 384 mm in width, and a thickness of 30 mm. With a weight of 13 kg per square meter, this panel is both sturdy and manageable. It has a power output of 75 watts, making it an efficient choice for various energy needs. Additionally, the panel is equipped with a junction box that carries an IP-68 rating, ensuring its resilience against dust and moisture ingress. Constructed from advanced fluorine-coated galvalume steel sheets, the panel is specifically engineered to be weather-resistant, providing durability and protection in diverse environmental conditions.
The black variant of the panel series produced by Monchrome Co., Ltd. boasts a power output capacity of 110 watts, maintaining identical dimensions and weight as its silver counterpart. Both models are accompanied by an impressive 25-year power output warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and performance. During the initial year of operation, the expected degradation in output is estimated to be around 3%. By the end of the 25-year period, the company guarantees that the power output will not fall below 80% of the panel’s nominal output capacity, providing consumers with confidence in the longevity and efficiency of their investment.
The contemporary silver colour effectively integrates with building facades, resembling an aluminium texture that varies in appearance depending on the light angle. This feature not only establishes a harmonious relationship with the surrounding environment but also allows architects to achieve the desired three-dimensional shadow effects in their designs.
