This strategic approach enables a phased implementation of the project, ensuring each component is deployed effectively and on schedule while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
The international law firm Osborne Clarke advised Milvio Energy GmbH on the sale of a pure battery energy storage (BESS) project and a combined photovoltaic and battery storage (PV/BESS) project to Zelestra.
