The fee includes participation in conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch, as well as speaker presentations. All registration fees mentioned above do not include 21 % VAT.
Registration Information
The conference program, speakers, and schedule are subject to change. Should the event be postponed or cancelled due to force majeure, venue unavailability, speaker circumstances, or other factors beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event accordingly.
Participation Fee Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests submitted at least 45 calendar days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests submitted at least 30 calendar days before the event will receive a 70% refund.
- Cancellation requests submitted at least 15 calendar days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days before the event.
